This training is focused on providing business and industry leaders, administrators, supervisors, and employees with the information they need to increase productivity through welcoming the gender-diverse workforce of today and tomorrow; with an eye on attracting the next generation of gender-expansive talent.
Learning Objectives and Skills Acquisition:
- Basic understanding of the natural variations in gender identity & expression
- Overview of how gender identity/expression differ from sexuality
- Respectful (and productive) engagement with gender-expansive colleagues
- Eliminating unconscious bias related to gender stereotyping
- Understanding how Title VII and Title IX impact the workplace
- Review of existing policies (optional)
